Loveliest Day Wedding Coordination was born when Kelly and Michelle realized there was a need for experienced day-of coordinators in Southwest Florida. Our services enable you and your family to attend your wedding and know that there is someone there to run the show and let you and your family & friends enjoy the lovely wedding that you planned.
We offer just one Day-of-Coordination package because it includes everything you'll need for the Loveliest Wedding.

Included:
- A two hour initial meeting to discuss and learn everything there is to know about your wedding.
- An onsite meeting at your wedding ceremony and reception venue to finalize details and go over logistics.
- Vendor confirmations & a wedding day timeline (delivered in advance to all your vendors)
- Ceremony rehearsal preparation & coordination
- Wedding day coordination beginning up to 4 hours prior to the ceremony start (to help manage all of your vendors, details set-up and take care of wedding party needs) and ending once all of your wedding protocols have been completed (i.e. cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc).
- A minimum of one assistant coordinator will accompany Michelle at your wedding.
